A quick meeting to review the scope and intake documents received may be necessary, the deposit will be requested and once received work will begin. This business model  is best for projects that may be in flux or you expect to change often, or that are time sensitive. or you anticipate the need for additional detail or as-builts being developed as the project moves toward completion. essentially these projects are kept open or in progress as they move towards completion.

Depending on the size and scope of the project payment in full or a deposit will be request before beginning work.  This business model is generally best for cost conscious business models or smaller projects where our scope will be limited and the hourly model and its flexibility to add detail or scope is not needed. 

This service was developed mainly for the direct to end user market however it is useful for very large projects or projects with extended lifecycles, essentially services are defined for the entire lifecycle of the project an overall budget is agreed upon and we bill at completion intervals along the project . 

This service model was developed for clients who wished to have quicker access to services and for the workflow to feel more like we are just another employee. their are no approvals or quotes all work is preformed hourly against a monthly deposit. The monthly deposit is scalable from month to month with a minimum commitment.
